In addition to our 20+ hands-on workshops and presentations spread across the weekend, Preppers Meet 2026 features two dedicated certified training programs running earlier in the week — so you can arrive credentialed, confident, and ready. Firearms Safety Training
Official CFSC (non-restricted) and CRFSC (restricted) courses running July 7th, 8th & 9th. Taught in a classroom setting — earn your PAL while you're already here for the event. Back-to-back CFSC + CRFSC available at a discounted rate. Free on-site camping for multi-day attendees.
Remote First Aid
Canadian Red Cross Remote First Aid & CPR C certification running July 8th & 9th. A 20-hour intensive covering extended care, evacuation decisions, and real-world remote scenarios. Valid 3-year certification, instructed by Richard King of Get Outdoors Safety & Survival Training.
