Vendor spaces are curated to keep the vendor area practical, preparedness-focused, and useful for attendees.

$50 per vendor table Vending hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fri / Sat / Sun)

Vendor Application

Heads up: Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. If approved, we’ll email payment + setup instructions.

  • Preparedness gear & outdoor essentials
  • First aid / medical / safety supplies
  • Food preservation, water, off-grid solutions
  • Practical handmade tools and field items

Basic Rules

Simple rules so the vendor area runs smoothly.

  • Stay within your assigned vendor footprint.
  • No roaming solicitation outside your table.
  • No firearms/ammunition or prohibited items.
  • Organizers may remove vendors for safety or policy violations.

Important Expectation

Vendor spaces are intended for vendors who are actively operating a booth. We ask that vendors don’t use the vendor application process primarily as a way to attend the event as a participant.

Please plan to be present and available at your table during vending hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Maximum two (2) people per vendor table.
